Each year we have a huge photography show at the Javits Convention Center called PhotoExpo. Lots of stuff on display and I try to get there for a few hours just to see all the latest stuff I don't need. This year there was a new booth sponsored by a group called Now I lay Me Down To Sleep. And they are the most incredible people I have ever met in this industry.
They are volunteer photographers who will agree to photograph the last days of terminally ill children and their families.
There were photos there along with some books that had been made by the families. Some of them even included last shots of the funeral.
